I don't want to register with a credit card. What are my options? If you prefer to pay with a money order or check, make it payable to Daycounter, Inc. and send it to: Daycounter,
Inc. Please, include your email address so we know where to send the activation key. How do I know if I have the latest version of QuickMile? To make sure that your palm pilot has the latest version, tap on the menu, select "About". This form should tell you what the latest version you have. The Download page, tells you what the current version is. Are upgrades to version 3.0 free? Yes, we provide upgrades and bug fixes to version 3.0 for free. When I do a hotsync, I get an error which has an error code of 1120. How do I fix this? This error is caused when a program is accessing the QuickMile data file, when the HotSync manager, needs to update it. The solution that always works is to reboot your computer. How can I backup my quickmile data file? Your quickmile data file is usually located at: C:\Palm\YOUR_NAME\QuickMile\QMData.qm. You can copy this file to your backup folder. The installer says it can't find "HSASPI.DLL". What's this? This means that your palm desktop is either old or has been corrupted. You can download the latest version of the palm desktop for free from www.palm.com. After you install this, retry the quickmile installation program, and it should work. I forgot or lost my serial number and activation key, how can I get this? If you still have the email address that you used to register quickmile. We can resend the registration information to you. Just click here. I've entered the registration information, but it isn't getting saved. What's wrong? To install quickmile you must be logged in as an administrator or standard user. If you are logged in as a guest or restricted user, windows will not allow you to change values in the system registry as required by QuickMile. |
